Dr. William A. Econe

Dr. William A. Econe graduated from Oregon State University then Western States Chiropractic College and began active chiropractic service in 1985.  His first 2 ½ years of practice were in Australia, the following 2 ½ years were in Portland Oregon where he originated City Chiropractic.  He returned to Australia and was in private practice for 13 years.  In 2004 he purchased Barnes Road Chiropractic and currently is enjoying his practice and the Oregon lifestyle.

I believe that a successful chiropractic practice involves three key elements:

  1. Love of the art and practice of chiropractic
  2. Genuine care for the patient
  3. The ability to help the patient heal.  With these three elements functioning the patient and the chiropractic physician are able to achieve remarkable results.

It is my greatest hope to touch your lives with and improvement in your health.  Over 26 years of practice has taught me the art of listening.  When you tell me your health concerns you are sharing your life experiences.  I do my best to respect and assist you in improving your health.

At Barnes Road Chiropractic, I offer both osseous and low force adjusting care for your spine and extremities.  We take the time to understand each patients specific needs and have the training and equipment to help or refer if needed.

My first experience with a chiropractor was while I playing football as a high school student at Aloha here in Oregon.  Following a very aggressive tackle I began having mid-back pain and found breathing painful as well as most if not all movement of my upper extremities.  I attend a Beaverton Or. Chiropractor who said that I had 2 rib fixations, he adjusted me and the relief in this case was immediate.  Some few visits later I was entirely free of pain and continued to enjoy my high school football.

Over the course of 26 years of practice I seen many athletes and less active patients they all found spinal restriction of motion irritating to painful and the chiropractic adjustment a relief to their  presenting condition.
